Group Power

Group Power is your hour of power! This 60-minute barbell program strengths all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. Discover results, discover Group Power!

Group Step

Discover new heights with Group Step! Utilizing the step in many positions and heights, this compelling 60-minute cardio program strengthens and shapes the lower body, one step at a time. Energetic music and motivating instructors create this spunky group experience. Step this way with Group Step.

Group Centergy

Redefine your self with Group Centergy. Grow longer and stronger as you explore this 60-minute journey of yoga and Pilates movements. Positive uplifting music, group dynamics and supportive instructors will enable you to center your energy, reduce stress and even smile. Discover Group Centergy.

Group Kick

Group Kick brings it on! This electric 60-minute fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self-confidence! Let’s get Hard Core! Train like an athlete in 30 action-packed minutes. A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, will improve performance, will help prevent back pain and give you ripped abs! Motivating instructors and outstanding music will coach you through functional and integrated exercises using your body weight, weight plates, a towel and a platform - all to challenge you like never before. Water Aerobics

Water aerobics uses a combination of shallow and deep-water movements to increase heart rate and add muscle tone. As an alternative to land aerobics, water exercises provide relief for aching joints and bones and support for injury rehabilitation.


Perfect for the novice exerciser, water aerobic workouts incorporate cardio to strengthen the heart without worry of overheating and toning routines to build muscle without adding undue stress to the muscles or accidental overload.

Aqua Zumba

Known as the Zumba® “pool party,” the Aqua Zumba program gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, the Aqua Zumba class blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.

Myogenic Diet Program

Myogenic Diet Program is an 8-week program developed by nationally renowned fitness expert and author Dr. Ellington Darden PhD. and fitness professional Michael Moran CPT. The program emphasizes muscle strengthening with endurance strength training, a powerful concept called super hydration and a no-fad eating plan based around five daily "mini-meals"
